Notice is hereby given that Greython Construction, a national and international General Contractor / Construction Manager with offices throughout the US, the Caribbean and India will receive proposals for the renovation / construction of 2000 N. Broadway. Owner has secured financing for this project and will close in February 2026. Project start date March 2026
2000 N. Broadway
An adaptive re-use conversion of a warehouse / manufacturing facility into a 184-unit apartment complex in St. Louis, Missouri.
Project Overview:
This project includes among other items the following:
-Full Masonry Renovation (Interior and Exterior - Tuckpointing and Structural Repairs)
-Roofing
-Gypcrete on all elevated floors
-Concrete foundation work
-Structural Steel
-Fencing and Gates
-Windows, Doors, Hardware (Both Interior and Exterior)
-Metal Framing, Insulation and Drywall
-Mass Timber Restoration / Framing
-Painting
-Flooring and Wallcoverings
-Cabinets and Countertops
-Millwork
-Elevators
-All new infrastructure and MEPFs
-Hardscape
-Landscape
Proposal Review and Selection:
Greython Construction will review all proposals. Upon approval by the project owner, contracts will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidders for their respective scopes of work.

Bid Document Clarifications:
Clarifications and questions should be directed to Greython Construction only. Bidders should not contact the project consultants or Ownership directly with any clarifications or questions. Only written clarifications to the bid documents will be issued and responded to. It will be the responsibility of all subcontractors to examine all construction documents posted and familiarize themselves with the project site conditions prior to submitting estimates.
