2025-012-732G Sunset Greenway Sunset Park to Coldwater Commons Park Signage Replacement Project

Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid# 2025-012-732G Sunset Greenway Signage Replacement Project: Sunset Park to Coldwater Commons Park (732G) in St. Louis County and Florissant and Hazelwood, Missouri. This work consists of the demolition of older, existing signs and the installation of new wayfinding and interpretive signs by various methods. This project also includes improvements to crosswalk paint at the intersection of Patterson Road and Mullanphy Lane which requires a permit from St. Louis County. The permit is ready for payment and pickup. This project includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.
