This project includes the new construction of a multi-family apartment building consisting of structured parking, wood framed construction, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements. The project will be monitored under Ordinance 70767 and 71094. Under these Ordinances you are required to ensure MBE/WBE and workforce participation compliance and maintain good faith effort requirements of both Ordinance 70767 and 71094 while constructing the Project through the following requirements: Prime General Contractors shall comply with provisions of Ordinance No. 70767, which require construction project Enterprise Goals: 21% for African American-owned business enterprises, 2% for Hispanic American-owned business enterprises, .5% for Asian American-owned business enterprises, .5% for Native American-owned business enterprises and 11% for Women-owned business enterprises. Prime General Contractors shall comply with provisions of Ordinance No. 71094, which require compliance with: (1) workforce development, diversity and inclusion initiatives including pre-apprenticeship programs, and (2) the current prevailing wage requirements on all incentive’s projects.
