Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid# 2023-002-799A Mississippi Greenway: Leonor K. Sullivan Access Improvements 799A in City of St. Louis, Missouri. This work consists of This project consists of the installation of access control devices and roadway improvements at (3) three locations along/near Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard directly adjacent to the Riverfront. Project consists of, but not limited to, removal of existing site elements; minor grading and earthwork; minor stormwater improvements; vehicular/pedestrian pavements; site lighting and electrical; site security, including access control and cameras; force protection type barriers, signage and striping; traffic control; minor landscape improvement; and other site related work and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. Optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2/29/24 at 3:00 PM CST at 3745 Foundry Way, Suite 253, St. Louis, MO 63110.

The suggested method of submitting bids is electronically. Bids may be submitted electronically until 3:00 pm prevailing Central time, March 14, 2024, via the Bid Express website at bidexpress.com. All electronic bidders must register with Bid Express to obtain a digital ID. Bid Express has indicated it could take up to 5 business days to process the digital ID.

GRG will open bids on the date and time indicated above. All documents necessary to submit a bid will be available on the bidexpress.com website including plans, specifications, and bid packages beginning at 1 pm prevailing Central time, February 13, 2024 at Bid Express.
