UMSL - Stadler Hall Renovations

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service (“BPS”), is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms interested in providing professional engineering services for roadway infrastructure improvements. The proposed project aims to enhance bicycle and pedestrian connectivity between the northern terminus of the Christy Greenway to Kingshighway through the installation of a raised multi-use path along Christy Boulevard.

The proposed improvements are primarily intended to improve traffic flow, and therefore reduce travel time, fuel consumption, and vehicular emission output, along the McCausland/Skinker and Arsenal corridors.

The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) seeks proposals for Disaster Debris Removal Services to support the management, removal, and lawful disposal of construction and demolition debris (C&D), vegetative debris, and hazardous household waste (HHW) generated by the tornado event. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for collecting and hauling mixed C&D, HHW, and vegetative debris from the public ROW (streets and alleys) to landfill(s) or other locations as specified by BPS, and will coordinate with environmental and debris monitoring contractors to ensure materials are inspected and tracked.

Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid# 2025-014-883A Mississippi Greenway: Kiener Implementation 883A in St. Louis City, Missouri. This work consists of improvements to the shade garden, located adjacent to the visitors center, including replacing the crushed aggregate plaza with precast stone pavers and associated subsurface upgrades and a modular soil containment system. Improvements to the oval lawn include removal of the exisiting soil mound to create a flat, level surface. Both areas will include electrical, lighting, and irrigation system upgrades. The work includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.

The General Scope of Work for this project will consist of the removal and replacement of existing roofing system, drip edges, ridge vents and HVAC units, and repairs to existing toilet rooms at the Al Chappelle Community Center

The work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, selective demolition, concrete, masonry restoration, roofing and sheet metal, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, appliances, cabinets, countertops, and window treatments.
