Replacement of curbs, sidewalk, and other incidental construction within the public right of way related to the City's 50/50 Sidewalk Program. Work can be located in any ward of the City.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Architectural, Engineering, Design and Construction Phase Support Services for the new Consolidated Terminal Program (CTP) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport). The Airport seeks a design team, who will under the leadership of a prime firm or joint venture, be responsible for providing Design and Construction Phase Support Services for Landside Roadways and Parking Garage with Ground Transportation Center at St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

Renovations to the District's existing building: middle school wing HVAC replacements, restroom renovations, finishes replacement throughout, gym flooring replacements, gym bleacher replacement. Additions include construction of two single stall exterior restrooms and expansion to the existing kitchen's cooler / freezer room.

Proposed improvements will include signal upgrades and/or enhancements, fiber optic interconnect, traffic monitoring cameras, signal timing and optimization, system integration with the City’s Real-Time Transportation Intelligence Center (TIC), and sidewalk improvements as needed for ADA compliance. The project will be generally located along the South Broadway corridor, from Carroll Street to Marceau Street, a distance of approximately 6.10 miles. Additional improvements outside of the South Broadway corridor may be necessary to provide connectivity to the TIC and redundancy to the City’s fiber optic network.

The project will be generally located along the North Broadway corridor, from Cass to Riverview, and also on Halls Ferry Road, from North Broadway to Veronica Ave. The total project length is approximately 7.4 miles (6.8 miles on the North Broadway corridor and 0.6 miles on Halls Ferry Road). Additional improvements outside of the North Broadway corridor may be necessary to provide connectivity to the TIC and redundancy to the City’s fiber optic network. II.

The proposed Work includes Replacement of curbs, sidewalk, and other incidental construction in the public right of related to the City’s 50/50 Sidewalk Program. Repairs can be located in Wards 1, 5, and 6.

Renovation of the JC Penney North building restrooms. This is a separate bid package that will coincide with the JC Penney North Renovation project.

The project includes the reconstruction of the Laurel/Waterman Bridge over Metrolink and approach pavement, located between DeGiverville Ave to the north and Nina Place to the south.
