The Salvation Army - Midtown Renovation

You are invited to submit a bid proposal on the Midtown Renovation project for The Salvation Army located at 2900 Washington Ave., St. Louis MO 63103.

Tarlton is soliciting the following scopes of work: Final cleaning, selection demolition, structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry-arch woodwork, fiberglass reinforced paneling, thermoplastic membrane roofing, sheet metal and metal wall panels, firestopping, joint sealants, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, sound absorbing wall & ceiling units, painting, signage interior. wall & corner guards, fire extinguishers and cabinets, quartz countertops, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, testing adjusting & balancing for HVAC, and Electrical work.

Prebid walk through to be held December 18, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the project site, 2900 Washington Ave., St. Louis MO 63103.
