The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) seeks proposals for Repairs to Various City Owned Buildings as a result of the tornado event. The selected contractor will be responsible for all repairs to the damaged buildings as outlined in the bid documents. Proposals must be submitted online via the Bid Express portal at no cost. Submissions through any other method will not be accepted. Be sure to complete all sections and upload all required documents, or your proposal may be deemed incomplete. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on 10/16/25 at 9:00 AM. The meeting will start at the JEWEL BOX and proceed to all project site locations. If your firm is not represented at the pre-bid meeting, your proposal will not be considered.
