RD24-11 Southside Scattered Sites Folsom, Marie Fanger, & Lafayette Townhomes

The St. Louis Housing Authority is soliciting quotations from qualified contractors to perform building
repairs for residential units in the Southside Scattered Sites developments in accordance with plans and technical specifications.

Project Description/Scope of Work
The Scope of Work for this project will consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the
replacement/repair of all water damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, light fixtures, plumbing,
HVAC, door and door hardware, windows, and attachment components as noted on the plans and

specifications. 

 The units will be available for site visits Tuesday, June 4, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. - see the RfQ documents for more information.  All contractors wishing to submit a quotation must attend this site visit.

 Quotations Due: Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
