INVITATION TO BID

PARIC Corporation - the General Contractor - is requesting bids for the Archview, located at 200North 4th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.

The project consists of renovating the Historic recognized Archview (Previously known as City PlaceTower or Mansion House South) located on 200 North 4th Street. St. Louis, MO 63102 into a 407unit apartment building including an outdoor promenade amenity and community space.

· WP 07.54 – Roofing

· WP 08.33 – Overhead Doors

· WP 09.50 – Acoustical Ceilings

· WP 09.60 – Tile, Resilient Flooring & Carpet

· WP 09.90 – Painting

· WP 10.05 – Signage

· WP 10.21 – Toilet Partitions

· WP 12.24 – Window Treatments

· WP 12.36 – Residential Casework

All Work Packages are currently in process. Work Packages will be issued via amendment on

11/9/2022.

Proposals are due on December 1, 2022 at 2:00PM in the Bid Form Provided, by email tomskalski@paric.com or bids@paric.com.A Pre-Bid Meeting and walk-through is scheduled for November 10, 2022 at 10:00AM at 200 North4th Street.

The project is Tax Exempt.

The anticipated construction start date is 1/23/2023.
