490 Kingshighway Apartments GMP Bid Letting
- Five (5) story, 144 unit, wood framed Apartment Building built on top of new two (2) Story precast concrete parking garage. - Exterior walls of existing 2-story structure are to remain. Interior of existing structure will be removed and walls will be temporarily shored. New parking structure will tie on to existing exterior walls. - Amenity Space / Leasing Lobby located in first floor of new parking garage. - Pool deck located at Level 3 on top of new parking garage. - Landscape & miscellaneous hardscape improvements around perimeter of project - Project is a combination of Type 1A Construction (2 Story precast parking garage) and Type 3A Construction (5 story Wood framed) - MEPFP Scopes-of-Work are Design-Build which were bid out during a previous bid letting. - Prevailing wages are required. Wage Order #30 applies to this project. - Mayors Executive Order / Ordinance 70767 & 71094 as it relates to Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprises and Construction Workforce (MBE / WBE / Apprentice / St Louis Resident) are in effect for this project. - All sales & use taxes are to be excluded from your proposal. Provide value of taxes as an 'Add Alternate' on your proposal.
