Fields Place Apartments and Grocery Store
New construction of one four-story building, comprising 50 apartment units and a grocery store. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site work, concrete foundations, metal fabrications, carpentry, thermal/moisture protection, roofing, siding, masonry, windows, MEPS, elevator, finishes, specialties, paving, concrete, and landscaping. • Please provide your bid both with and without sales tax. • This project IS prevailing wage, and certified payroll reporting is required by MHDC and the City of St. Louis. • City of St. Louis requires confirmation of payments received in GPTS. • Section 3 applies to this project. • Work hour goals apply to this project as follows (a worker’s hours may count toward more than one applicable category)(The City of St. Louis will track worker hours on site using The Headcount system, and subcontractors will be required to certify tracked hours in The Headcount): o Section 3 Certified Workers: 25% of all work hours o Apprentices in U.S. Department of Labor-Approved Apprenticeship Program: 20% of all work hours o Minorities: 25% of all work hours o Women: 7% of all work hours o City of St. Louis Residents: 23% of all work hours • Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid. • E.M.
