Project Location and Description:
Part 4: Renovation of One 3-Story Building
3600 South Grand, St. Louis, MO 63118
Scope includes selective demolition, masonry restoration, roofing, carpentry, MEP, drywall, interior finishes, and appliances.
Pre-bid site walkthrough for 3600 S. Grand will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 10-11 AM. If you have questions, please e-mail Phil Krull at pkrull@emharris.com.
Bidding Information:
• Please show sales tax separate from your base bid.
• This project IS prevailing wage, and certified payroll reporting may be required to Missouri Housing Development Commission and to the City of St. Louis in The Headcount worker tracking system.
• Section 3 applies to this project.
• Work hour goals apply to this project as follows (a worker’s hours may count toward more than one applicable category)(The City of St. Louis will track worker hours on site using The Headcount system, and subcontractors will be required to certify tracked hours in The Headcount):
o Section 3 Certified Workers: 25% of all work hours
o Apprentices in U.S. Department of Labor-Approved Apprenticeship Program: 20% of all work hours
o Minorities: 25% of all work hours
o Women: 7% of all work hours
o City of St. Louis Residents: 23% of all work hours
• Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid.

• All workers must be OSHA 10 certified and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
