A prebid meeting will be held at 3:30 PM, C.T., August 22 in the JC Penney Building SUMMIT Room (Level 2), University of Missouri – St. Louis, 5 Grobman Drive, followed by a walkthrough at the site. All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn by bidders that attend the walkthrough. The JC Penney Building (South) early demolition has already started.
