Union R-XI School District: Central Elementary HVAC Replacement

The project consists of replacing the HVAC system at Central Elementary School in Union, Missouri. The HVAC system scope includes replacing water source heat pumps, packaged rooftop units, dedicated outside air units, cooling tower, boilers, and hydronic pumps along with a new building automation system. Roofing, structural, and ceiling work will also be required.
