Westway Services Group, LLC is building a 75,000 square foot secure facility in the Globe Building to support classified work by Defense and Intelligence firms. This project will highlight St. Louis as a merging role as a National GEOINT Hub. Westway Services Group, LLC is the preeminent developer and manager of private SCIF facilities in the nation, uniquely leveraging the needs of classified shared space users in a vendor-neutral environment within their facilities.
The construction of this 75,000 Square Foot area involves a build out for a multi-tenant Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Secret Collateral office space. A SCIF is a specially designed, high security, enclosed area that is federally accredited to facilitate the processing of sensitive information at the highest levels of security classification. The 75,000 square foot SCIF will be complimented by the existing 75,000 square feet of multi tenant space for the non-classified work by Geospatial Intelligence firms. Westway’s facility will occupy an entire floor in the recently renovated 75,000 square foot Globe Building in downtown St. Louis.
This will be the main bid package for the Westway Services Group LLC., work on the 7th floor, offered by Wright Building Systems, the selected General Contractor. The project consists of all construction work as shown on the attached drawings, with General Notes, General Conditions, and keyed notes applying to all drawings. This project includes (MEP), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
This project will be monitored for compliance under Ordinance #69427, Ordinance #70767, and Ordinance #71094.
Bids in response to the Westway Services Group LLC project will be due on November 12, 2021 by 3pm.
