20th Street Multimodal Improvements

St. Louis Development Corporation is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and design services for the 20th Street Multimodal Improvements Project, from Market Street to St. Louis Avenue. This cycletrack and roadway enhancement project shall reflect best practices in traffic safety, accessibility, and bicycle and pedestrian facility design. The project shall support the neighborhoods, create an inviting experience and support the growth of local commerce. A CMAQ Grant for construction has been awarded.

This project is expected to include a professional consulting firm or team of firms with extensive experience in one or more of these disciplines: Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Bicycle Facilities Design, Traffic, Lighting, Stormwater, Public Engagement, Land Surveying, Geotechnical and CMAQ Grants.

Under the Mayor’s Executive Order 28, as amended and extended, the City of St. Louis has established the goals of at least 25% Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) participation and at least 5% Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) participation. Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit.
